Help establish Vietnam's first International standard, Integrated Centre for Children with Disablity. This purpose-built facility will offer therapeutic rehabilitation, healthcare and vocational training for residential and outpatient children, as well as provide a regional centre of excellence for skills development, training and community outreach.

The land has already been secured and a blueprint has been prepared that will see this new centre opening its doors in 2010.
